A simple questionnaire will be sent by email, including important information about your wedding timeline, contact information, session details, etc.
pay your retainer
A non-refundable retainer is paid to confirm your date. This payment goes toward your final balance, whether it's a wedding package or photo session.
photo contract
After your questionnaire is complete, a photography contract will be drawn up and sent by email. You can complete and sign this contract all online!
final payment
Your final balance will be paid minumum 30 days in advance of your contracted date. All payments are finalized before your booking date. Ask about split payment options!
Frequently Asked Questions
How do we book our date?
To confirm your booking, you'll send a non-refundable retainer (via Venmo or online invoice) to hold your date. You'll have the option to cancel your contract up to 2 weeks prior to your wedding for a full refund, without the deposit.
Do you offer wedding videography?
Currently I am only offering wedding photography, but I'm happy to send recommendations for my favorite videographers in the business!
Do we need to provide a "shot list"?
The short answer is no! After shooting weddings for as many years as I have, I believe in letting the day flow organically! I'll be sure to capture all the highlights, and probably some moments you wouldn't notice! However, If you feel more comfortable creating a list of all photos you'd like me to be sure to include, you are welcome to!
What if we need extra hours the day of our wedding?
A $150 fee will be added for each additional hour not included in your confirmed package, if needed. If the schedule is running behind, I will communicate with you to confirm you would like to add additional hours to your package. I reserve the right to decline additional hours the day of your event, depending on schedule conflicts.
Do you shoot destination weddings?
I am currently available for events within Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, and Nevada. I'm based in Salt Lake City, and travel costs are covered within my wedding packages!
Do you send RAW photos?
For a few reasons, I only deliver a fully-edited gallery of high-resolution JPEG images. (And a mini polaroid album!) My editing aims to preserve rich detail, remove distractions, and present you and your loved ones in the best light!
